Ruble is charged with collecting funds for a Police Athletic League bazaar but using the money for her own use, according to court records. Raprager trial starts tomorrow Larry Raprager, 36, of Elko is scheduled to go on trial tomorrow through Thursday in Elko District Court on three felony counts of sale of methamphetamine. Elko District Judge Thomas String-field is scheduled to preside over the three-day trial. Deputy District Attorney Rob Lowe will prosecute the case, while Public Defender Frederick Lee is representing Raprager. Raprager is charged with selling the drug Dec. 12, 1991, at a downtown bar, Dec.

16, 1991, in a downtown casino; and Jan. 3, 1992, at an Idaho Street supermarket. osram Joseph Owsley, 32, of Meridian, Idaho, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Saturday at a Jackpot casino by sheriffs deputies and charged with driving without a valid license, reckless driving and eluding an officer. Motion to withdraw Jenkins plea filed Sergio B. Garcia, 22, of Mexico was arrested at 11:16 p.m. yesterday on Interstate 80 in Wells by NHP troopers and charged with drunken driving, having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and speeding. Bail: $1,115. George L.

Quintana 37, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Friday at his West-cliff Drive residence by Elko Sheriffs Department deputies and charged with domestic violence. Bail: $600. the Nevada Supreme Court in March denied his petition. Jenkins made his plea in February 1992 after Stringfield refused to dismiss the other two counts.

Fairman then petitioned the court to overrule the judge, but justices sided with Stringfield. Jenkins is charged in the Oct. 21. 1990, death of Jennifer Swett, 15, of Spring Creek. He was drag racing on Spring Valley Parkway, according to police reports, when his vehicle was involved in an accident with one driven by Gregory Molyneaux of Elko.

Stringfield could not be reached for comment Kevin Jenkins' attorney has filed a motion to have Jenkins' withdraw his plea of no contest to a felony count of involuntary manslaughter. Attorney Gary Fairman filed the motion Wednesday. It must be approved by Elko District Judge Thomas Stringfield. Currently, Jenkins, 30, of Elko is slated to go on trial June 15-18 on felony counts of drunken driving resulting in the death of another person and reckless driving causing the death of another person. If the no contest plea is dropped, he will go to trial on the three charges.
