He is survived by his wife and three children; parents, Lynn Wallack of Chicago, and Wane and Maribeth Robinson of Eureka; three brothers of Plains, Red Bluff, Calif. and Carson City, and a sister of Reno, Nev. He also has a grandmother of Wichita, Kan. In lieu of flowers, a trust account with Nevada State Bank, Eureka Branch, P.O, Box 325, Eureka, Nev.
